Have you received my return?
We process returns as soon as we get them—usually after 7-10 business days—and will email you a confirmation afterward. You can also check on your shipment with your tracking number, found in the same email as your return label.
How do I sell my items to Twice?
There are two ways to sell us your clothes and handbags: request a prepaid shipping bag, or print out a shipping label and use your own box. Both options can be accessed from our Sell page. Once you're ready, you can schedule a pickup from your doorstep.
What brands do you accept?
Please refer to our brands list for up-to-date information on the brands we are able to accept. Our brands list is expanding all the time, so check back often and feel free to contact us with any questions.
